If no one answers, here's something to think about. Usually you can buy 1/2 a pint of paint to check the color match if the manufacturer has a mixing formula. If you have an original color sample, a lot of PBE's also carry equipment to scan in the original color and produce a formula for you. Be sure you get a sample of the paint in the type (B/C, enamel , Acrylic enamel) that you will be using. There can be color variations from one paint type to another, even though they are produced by the same manufacturer.

Their site probably said to contact the nearest dealer because it is a mix only color, not a factory pac.
