Haven't seen a DCS, but it's a later issue Donnelly mirror. Donnelly changed their names a few times over the years and we know "DMI" is Donnelly Mirror Incorporated, "DCA" is Donnelly Corporation of America, but no info on "DCS". I would imagine Donnelly Corporation S______.
Donnelly Mirror was acquired by
MAGNA in 2002, but they still make automobile mirrors.
By the way, the R in the circle is for "registered".
