Contacts for Canadian TA Camaros 1968 -1971

Good morning,

Just back from the 2022 Grand Prix de Trois Rivieres (GP3R) in Quebec, Canada.
I was invited to display and demonstrate the 1969 Boss 302 race car driven by Roger Briere at the GP3R from 1969 - 1971.
Great event, very well received by the GP3R administration, staff, and fantastic race fans.

Quite an event this year with the Jacques Villeneuve in attendance and driving as well as Freddy Hunt, James Hunt's son.

Planned to attach a photo and a two-page news article, but unable limited to 200kb size; sorry both certainly larger than that.

It would have been so much better to have other race cars of that period at the GP3R, especially the mainstay of the field the Camaros.
1969 GP3R:   Leon Alain, No.34 Chevrolet Camaro; and Jean Guy Roy, No. 61 Chevrolet Camaro / Laurentide.

1970 GP3R:  Richard “Dick” Brown, No.62 Chevrolet Camaro/Brown Racing; Derek Johnson, No.92 Chevrolet Camaro/McConnell Racing; Francois Guertin, No.8 Chevrolet Camaro/ Sanair; Jean Guy Roy, No.61 Chevrolet Camaro/Gelinas Auto; Normand Perron, No.35 Chevrolet Camaro.

1971 GP3R:  Maurice “Mo” Carter, No.188, Chevrolet Camaro/Carter Chev.; Jean Guy Roy, No.165 Chevrolet Camaro /Gelinas Auto; Jacques Duval, No. 193 Chevrolet Camaro/ Todco Racing; Claude Boisvert, No.41, Ford Mustang; Marc Dancose, No.70 Ford Mustang; Leon Alain, No.34 Chevrolet Camaro/ Dynatech; Dun Duncan, No.86 Chevrolet Camaro; Richard “Dick” Brown, No.62 Chevrolet Camaro/ Brown Racing.

It would be nice to see anyone coming to this year's Historic Trans-Am event at Lime Rock Park, CT; we'll be there in another class, the Big Bore class.

Hope to see you there,

Mark
