VIN Tag Cradle/Saddle

I'm restoring a 69 that had the dash panel replaced, somewhere along the line someone lost the cradle that hold the Vin tag.  Does anyone know where I can get another cradle to hold the plate, besides off another car that is.

That reinforcement (3929911) is pretty simple to fabricate; it just holds the VIN plate up against the underside of the dash panel.

Kinda what I figured.
I've got a picture/diagram of how it mounts in my Factory Assembly manual, but do you know were I can find actual pictures of it?
