Did all original L30 motors have the oil filler tube in first generation Camaros?
If not, why?

As far as I know, all small block engines for 1968 had the oil fill tube on the intake. Some chrome and some painted. The oil fill on the valve covers didn't start until 1969. Of course, big blocks are another story...
