Curious if anybody knows what this car started out as from Gm?

For this car, doesn’t matter what it was. It says it’s been highly modified. I don’t see any details on what it was, so I would guess it wasn’t anything special. I would go by what it is now.

This is what people get for trying to fast flip a car.  See image.

I hear ya, but the reason I surf this site is the interesting history on the cars, documentation, etc.  I find that information fascinating more than the original value of the car.

The appeal for a car like this is it is ~mostly built (huge savings usually), though in my opinion still needs rear discs, a/c and the CID badge put on the hockey stick.  Looks like a clean, fun car.

Thanks for the sales history...I had to laugh at the quick drop in price.   Flipper 101.  Never pay high!
