General Question

I am looking at my old install of the harness to fuse box. It looks like they had the box mounted of the fire wall liner. My new fuse box has a seal on it. Should I cut away that liner and mount the gasket directly to the inner fire wall or bolt it up over top like the old on was? I am thinking it should not be over top of the liner.

Right reasonably sure the seal goes flat on the firewall, else how would it seal ? I don't remember my firewall pad under the fuse panel when I took it out - try the AIM for the assembly sequence.

Steve

Thanks Steve.
Yea, I looked through it and did not see anything definitive. But I am with you. I think I will trim the liner to get that seal.
