Help needed - 69 COPO brakes and firewall

Working on getting the car back together and ran across a couple of things that confuse me.  Start with the disc brake piping...I have all dated components proportion valve, distribution block, 309 MC.  Bought a stainless line kit from HBC and am now thinking I either chose the wrong kit or they shipped me the wrong kit.  The fitting sizes and pre-form bends don't jive with what I have.  Before I call them on Monday, can someone confirm a few things based on what they have?  My MC has port threads for a blue fitting on the rear and a green fitting on the front.  My proportion valve has a green fitting on front and back, brass colored on the two front sides (both those matched the lines I rec'vd) , and a pinkish fitting on the rear side.  My prop valve has pinkish fitting size threads on both the front and side (poor sketch attached). Don't pay attention to the two lines in the MC, just there to prevent leaks.
Firewall - there is a hole in my new firewall pad centered over the tunnel.  There is a somewhat corresponding hole in my firewall - what goes in there?  There is also a small hole to the inside of my speedo cable clip.  What goes there - I don't recall removing anything from these spots when I disassembled the car.

The hole just off center on your firewall is for oil fitting for your console guages.

Hole under the speedo clip is for the cowl induction switch wiring.

See if these two pics help with the hydraulics. Yes, please forgive the incorrect M/C (I have a US coded 309 in stock to rebuild), but the lines on the Z11 are originals and fairly unmolested. If you need any detail shots let me know and I'll be glad to share them. Also have all of my original X77 lines, which were carefully removed and stored, available if you need any pics of the individual lines -

Scot, are you talking about the larger hole up oj the flat part of the firewall?  I have the grommet for that hole and thought it was for the oil sending unit wire (idiot gauge/non-console car), or are you talking about the small hole near centered in the tunnel?
James, thanks for that reminder....my original switch did not have a wire going to it when I bought the car.  I assume there should be a rubber grommet in that hole?
Steve, thanks for the pics....it does confirm that the fitting size for the rear brake line is similar in size to the ones for the front brakes.  My rear line has a large blue fitting like it should plug directly into the rear of the MC

Yep, OK, got that.  I'm now thinking the small hole centered in the tunnel is not supposed to be there - it just seems weird that it mostly lines up with the hole in the firewall pad.

No not a grommet the hole is for a push in retainer for the wiring for the switch on the throttle arm

Either that or hole for the defrost duct screw.

You will chase water leaks if you don't put some sealer around the speedo cable retainer holes, and the cowl induction harness clip hole.
There are some good photos of the sealer on original cars around here.
The accelerator pedal pass through is difficult to get in place with the firewall pad installed.

**Remember to install your pass kick panel before putting in the heater box. IT IS WAY EASIER and much less likely to scratch the kick panel or force you into having to tweak it.
