Does not compare well with other Holley date code stamps IMHO. I would suspect it is a later ‘reissue’ carb (those had the GM part and List number, but were undated) that has had a date code added. Does it have the thicker baseplate seen on later carbs?
Also looking at the block pad stamp and alternator stamp in your ebay link, those should raise more doubt.........

Another clue to look for (if you can see the carb in person) is that from early in 1970, Holley 4150-series carbs had a boss for a squirter cast into the body at the base of the secondary bowl vent.

Wrong bowl screws on this one, late model reproduction 4053's were equipped this way. If it was restored, the restoration guy should be embarrassed to put the wrong screws in play -

Comparing the stamped number on the air horn with other originals it looks like all the numbers are out of line including the DZ. Font on the 951 is different as well

837 alternator is a restamp also IMO.

1969 Z28, Burgandy, numbers matching, 12,900 miles
