Date Code For Old Tires, what year are they?

I looked on Google and tried six different ways of describing vintage tire codes. Nothing earlier than 2000. Here are the DOT codes... Help!  … Danny

Looks like a Goodyear tire made Week 13 of 1971 from the Gadsen MD plant.
