Was a z-28 the only camaro that received the dash clock ?

No. The clock was available on ANY Camaro. It was included with RPO U17 Special Instrumentation (V8 only) or by itself as RPO U35 (any Camaro).

To go further, it wasn't a standard feature on any 1969 Camaro...Joe

There are many restored cars out there with U17 and no clock. That's an indication that U17 was added or the dash housing was replaced.
