1967 original paint marking stamp under paint
« on: November 29, 2019, 01:12:35 AM »
Found a stamping on the rear tail light panel after stripping the original paint and primer it's a round circle with a bunch of letters I can't really make it out but in the picture you'll see it says oil and there's a number seven. Found this quite interesting has anyone seen this before thanks Tom

Yep.  The OIL is likely a partial of the word COIL from the marking stamp.
