Well I wonder if there were different vendors for those, with one suppliers fitting better than the other?

I wonder if the fit depends on the relative angle of the rear bumper? In most pictures where the fit is poor, it looks as though it would be improved if the entire bumper was rotated slightly inwards at the top, towards the tailpan......

...LOL, then instead we'd be talking about bumpers that weren't installed in the right clock position at the factory!

Well it would only come to be noticed on cars with V32......
