I would 'assume' the market will dictate IF Camaro will be discontinued or not. Slumping sales are the result of (in my opinion) of the current horrid updated body style. Too much over the top disco 'Transformers' look. When Camaro made its reintroduction in the market (2009?) it was an excellent vehicle with styling, power and in my view a 'new' 1969 car. That said, IF 'I' were to buy a new pony car, it would be a Challenger…..again, in my opinion, its the best of the retro cars. Just me.

Just another T/A fanatic. Current lifelong projects:
1968 Olds 442 W-30
1969 Mustang Fastback w a Can-Am 494 (Boss 429)

A Challenger would definitely be on my list. Even Ford did a great job with the retro looking Mustang when it was released.
I think the newer Camaro's look like bathtubs on wheels.

Also agree - from a nostalgic perspective, sitting in my 2011 SS is much like sitting in my ‘69 RS - tach/speedo gauges in an updated ‘69 dash and 4 console gauges take you directly back to 1969.  Not sure why Chevrolet keeps making this mistake and winds up “grabbing defeat from the jaws of victory “.
