Does anyone know how the Center Dash Panel would come if the car was ordered with radio heater delete option? Would it be a solid black panel or would it have cutouts for the heater controls, radio and ash tray?

There were only two variations of the center dash cover, with RPO C60 air conditioning having an additional top cutout for the vent. All standard or base center dash covers had cutouts for the bottom ash tray, radio, and heater control.

If you have an AIM, look at UPC 1 Sheets B3 and B4 to see the cover for the radio cutout, and C48 for the heater cutout cover. There is no such thing as "radio delete" - the default was no radio, unless you ordered one as an option.

The center panels that you see online with no cutouts are purely aftermarket.

There is also a piece of cardboard like material that is taped on the inside of the dash to cover the speaker grille and there is a rubber plug where the radio antenna harness goes through the body near the right side door.

Cardboard block-off would obviously not be held on with caution tape but used wide black tape with paper quality to it.

Do you think this cardboard block off would be the same material used on the package trays?

Cliff, the speaker block-off is black on both sides. The package tray cardboard is not, plus I think it's a little thicker. Maybe some sort of craft store like Michael's would have something to fit the bill.

I have a rear mount antenna and I am missing that plug in the hinge pillar, I assume that 4805845 is the correct part number for a 67. Never had seen that before!
