I would say one of the most valuable and concise manuals during restoration would be the 1968 Camaro Asembly Manual.

Our member Chick had a nice thread on team camaro when he restored his 68 Z28 that went into great detail that would be good to read
1969 Z28, Burgandy, numbers matching, 12,900 miles
1968 RS 327 4 speed
1970 Z28 M22 4:10 bought from original owner

Are you looking for a "how to" manual? Check out the CRG literature list on the homepage.  I think all four restoration books are still available.
I find myself continuously going back to Jerry's 67 - 68 book for my 68.

Thanks Bill for the recommendation! As already mentioned the AIM (assembly manual), Jerry's restoration book, and the CRG home page are very valuable but there is not one all inclusive and I found myself doing a lot of research to root out what was correct including looking at 68 survivors which a good friend Skip happens to have. Here is the line to my build thread. https://www.camaros.net/forums/133-build-projects/182584-time-another-68-z-28-restored.html
