If the engine and drive train were FULLY fitted prior to the car being painted it would be well worth the price...
looks like a stock subframe...
... one would be wise to price the car as though it will need TONS of repair to the firewall and chassis paint because in all likely hood nothing was pre-fitted, pre-assembled and match-marked, prior to the paint work and all that high end finishing.   
this would be typical of a first time build... everything just goes together with perfect gaps and the LS engine just automatically fits along with the power steering and air conditioning etc on a custom build.
