What kind of spoiler did you use for the front?
The dog dish hubcaps/red wheels/ red lines really make that car pop!
With the black hockey stripes and SS hood/ endure bumper, you have a really nice car that will stand out in a crowd of 69's
WTG. From the pics, the way the grill and the way the car came together looks like a very well put together car. Everything looks like it fits together well.
Looks so much more refined than your Avatar, of how the car looked prior to restoration.
Can we re-name this thread to "Mission accomplished!" ?.....
I don't remember where I got the spoiler, it was in my barn storage - I've had it for years. I don't think its an original, but frankly I'm not sure how to tell. When the rear spoiler comes off, so will the front.
There are some fit issues. I'm trying not to focus on them. The rear window was put in way too deep, package tray corners won't fit correctly and the chrome is way off the glass. I have some things to work on, but it went from a 20footer to a 5footer.
I'm just really happy to have it back in my garage.
I guess I should change my avatar...
