Hazard and Directional Flasher Date Code

How do you read date on flashers?
Tung Sol flashers have 3 numbers. Example 1 8 2
Signal Stat flashers have a letter and 3 numbers. Example S 376
Trying to do some research on correct flashers for 67 but there is more confusion than fact and very little fact.

Pure speculation on my part but the Tung-sol has an 803 code which could be January 3rd of '68.

The signal stat has a S048 code which could be in Julian format.

My car is a 01D build so these dates would line up with the build date.
