Whats it worth? 396/4 speed clone

My example, I bought a 67 SS/RS Camaro 350 4 speed, ac car.  Car is true SS/RS but is not numbers matching engine or transmission. Original color was butternut yellow but is now black. I paid 32,000 knowing what it has.  If it was numbers matching I believe it would have cost way more.  But I bought it to drive and enjoy so I'm happy.

Hey Jeff, I think what you did is the perfect way to buy these cars now.  A real car but with non matching drivetrain.  Drive it and enjoy it.  Buying it reasonable and it's probably money in the bank later on.  As time goes on my opinion is even the real cars with swapped drivetrains are going to command at least a little money because the clones are out numbering the real cars more and more.

I see them as right in the middle ....well done clone----real car swapped drivetrain----numbers matching.   I'd pay more for a real car with non matching drivetrain than I would for a very correct well done clone.
