Seeing that Delta Mark 10 Capacitive Discharge Ignition mounted to the driver side inner fender sure brought back some memories for me.. I ordered several of their 'kits' and put them together myself (to save $$) and had them on all my cars at that time, as did a few of my USAF friends...
The reason I loved those Mark 10s was that with the standard ignitions in most muscle cars of the day, one had to replace plugs about every 12K miles ... wtih the Mark 10, they would continue firing at high rpm for about twice as long..
