Since yours are removed from your car, Chick..  can you take a photo of the backside also?

So the lowermost numbers/letters don't seem to suit a date code; wonder what they represent?

I am sure there is another post regarding these plugs (don't have time to find right now), but, it shows these plugs have been used by GM as far back as 1958? on many models, I believe IIR. I know it was the 50s.
