100 Years Old Man Still Sells Chevrolet Cars
« on: March 25, 2015, 04:43:57 PM »
This guy is awesome. His sales experience must be unbelievable.

From the article:
Meet Derrel Alexander, Chevrolet salesman at White’s Mountain Motors in Casper, Wyoming. He’s on the job every morning at 8am and leaves at 3pm, Monday through Saturday. And he just turned 100-years-old earlier this month. Suddenly we’re all feeling a bit lazy here. Mr. Alexander has been selling Chevys most of his life, and Automotive News just did a recent profile on him, noting that he’s outlived most of his loyal customers. In fact, it is their children and grandchildren who are now his regulars.

Quite interesting.  Thanks for posting this story.  I have on old college buddy in Casper who is a Chevy fan.  I'll have to contact him and see if he knows of Mr. Alexander.  My buddy used to have a 1968 Z/28, not from the Casper dealership though.  A good friend of his that I met during Thanksgiving vacation in 1971 in Casper had a 1969 Z/28, Burnished Brown.  This car very well could have come from this dealership if it was in existence then and could have been sold by this gentleman.
