A little strong on the money... unless the 5 AD's, Carb, smog, radiator, alt and distributor are there and correct. Those parts will set you back 5k.

Maybe the windshield took a head shot at accident. And the hand slipped off wheel and punched the gauges?... D

It appears as if the steeringwheel/column got *body slammed* and broke loose, and in turn broke the instrument panel and possibly a 'head' broke the windshield?  I agree with James...   it appears to be *right* except for the wreck damage and the $price$...
