The push on caps and the twist on caps like the one shown are both correct for 67. Which one is used depends on what type of crankcase ventilation you have. If yours has the pcv screwed into the side of the fill tube you use the twist on cap.
My SS350 has the push on cap that has a wire mesh inside to act as a filter (I guess!!). Crankcase ventilation goes from the back of the block next to the distributor with a hose routed to the front of the quadrajet. There is a small pcv valve about the middle of the hose that is held on with a bracket.
I'm only referring to small blocks here. I didn't research big blocks.
I found this picture on the web awhile back, probably ebay. It's supposed to be an unrestored SS350. Obviously the air cleaner has been changed but you can see the chrome push on cap, the black tube, and the routing of the crankcase ventilation to the front of the quadrajet.
