In regards to a hone, I would look at it this way.
1. See if you can borrow one from someone. I don't have one right now, otherwise I would send one to you.
2. It is an investment, and something you need. If you think you are only going to use it once, you should be able to sell it to someone for at least half of what you paid for it. Otherwise, keep it for future use.
