Found this tag under the dash-any idea what it is?

I found this tag last fall after fiddling with the wires under the dash last fall. It was on the carpet so it fell from somewhere but I don't know where exactly. Has anyone seen one of these before?

Looks like the ID tag for the wiring harness.
