69 tach info

Hi ,I found a instrument panel cluster tag on the side of the unit.I am trying to find out what rpm range tach came with it.The tag reads
NQ  Cluster#6491991
      Stereo#6492573(M)W
      Tach (followed by what looks like three letters I cannot make out) Maybe 8.12.
      AC made in USA
Also if anyone knows what stereo this might be?
When I got the car it was missing tach and console guages although the wiring harness for the guages is still there

NQ - don't recall seeing that code before.

It's Speedo, not stereo. :)

Can you send me a picture of the tag? Thanks!
