Has anyone tried 255/70 15,s. Will they work will out clearance problems?

Kelly,
 I am now running 295 50 15 euro TA's on 15 x 8 "cheater" torque thrust, nicley tucked and have not had any issues so far. (releived fender lips w/ trim, and multi leafs) I not sure of the diamieter of the tires but they are tall.  It all in the wheels, not so much the tires.
