Jack Retaining Strap(s) Endura Bumper

Below is a photo from a current eBay listing for a very nice, original, late production (9J, 1969) bumper jack set from a survivor '69 Camaro with a factory installed endura bumper. I have not previously seen the rather long, rubber lug wrench retaining sleeve and was interested to know if this is orginal, period aftermarket, a late 1969 production item or even unique to the endura bumper option? The more typical retainer straps (2 required) I have seen (and discussed in another related CRG tread http://www.camaros.org/forum/index.php?topic=1451.0 are shown in the second photo

I'm suspecting 'aftermarket', or 'owner custom', as I haven't seen anything like that previously either..  but I don't know for sure.   if someone had something like that and thought it to be original, I'm pretty sure they would have chimed in??

UPC 10 A-2 in the AIM shows the two straps. I personally don't think that would change just for the Endura bumper because the jack is the same in all aspects with exception to the hook.

Just came across this, seems to be the same style jack sleeve in the photo with the Endura jack however the part number decodes to an Oldsmobile item.  Think I've answered my own post.

My dad had the same sleeve on his jack on his 68 Olds Cutlas. Not a common item.
