Color Combination Stats
« on: February 21, 2013, 03:03:09 AM »
I'm just curious, for each model year does CRG have record an instance where every exterior and interior color combination was used? For example, in 1967 a car having a Madeira Maroon with a Gold interior?

A simple 'yes' or 'no' will suffice, we don't need another 'rare' Camaro for sale on Ebay in 6 months...

If not, from the examples you've documented, whats the oddest combination you've seen?

Thanks,

Nick

There's lot of combinations and it would take serious time to go thru them all and see if they are in the db.
I know some never happened.
Maroon with gold - several of those. Sounds like a good combination.

Off the top of my head, I remember seeing one or two Mountain green cars with yellow deluxe interiors. Those are odd. I also recall one that was blue with a white top and red interior.

I understand, I didn't know if that was something that you guys may have looked at, at one time.

Green with yellow interior, I would consider that odd. But maybe in the 60's, not so odd. I guess its all relative.

Thanks guys, keep up the good work! - Nick

I saw a black exterior blue interior X77 the other day on ebay... first 69 Z I have ever seen coded as such.
The car was a mess and so incorrect it would have been better if nothing had been done to it, however the Trim tag was definitely real.
