Hi ,I  just aquired this Dist but what I find is weird it has dual points no  vac advance ...Dated 9 A 2  Has delco remmy  dual point cap and rotor ? Any ideas? Thanks

If is was taken apart at some time the vac advance could have been removed or changed.  The plate that holds the vac advance diaphram just screws to the dist. housing under the mech advance cam plate. Very easy to do. See pic number 5 and 7 here:
