1967 hood insulation and trunk matt/spare tire cover

when a 67 camaro came thru with the custom interior (765Z) did it automatically get the hood isulation and trunk matt with spare tire cover?

Hood isulation and trunk mat yes. No first generation Camaro came with a spare tire cover.
