Engine lift brackets

Hello all; I'm trying to fine the correct engine lift brackets for my 04A built 68 z/28. I've seen different configurations on E-Bay, some are single bolt holes and some are single bolt holes. Can someone post pics of the correct style?

Pete.....follow this link. These brackets look exactly like my original 1968, 07C, Z28. The only difference is that one of mine has "made in Canada" stamped on it and the same one here has the letter "K".
