black tail panel
« on: September 01, 2011, 05:14:39 PM »
i have read a lot of post on the blacked out tail panel on 396 cars, but none have given me the info i am requesting today. it's not about what shade of black. i have a 69 camaro and its been quite a while since i have seen it in its original colors. the painter nor myself can remember where the paint line that seperates the black from the body color behind the rear bumper is located. a picture would be great, but i will take what i can get.

it is the seam between the rear body panel and the quarter panel. the bottom line is anywhere behind the rear bumper.
