Kurt I've seen the explanation for the M code on the CRG forum but my question was to find owners of theses vehicles and see  what months they where used and what cars got them.

Since the M-blocks were used throughout the year to proveout various casting changes, there shouldn't be a pattern to usage or application.

thanks Kurt I though that they where showing up in the latter part of 69 because of the extended run of 69 camaro's going into the 1970 prioduction year causing GM to use what was availabe to continue production have you seen many.

But as far as a block goes, there were no changes for 70. GM was just in regular production mode.
I haven't seen many. And they wouldn't have made many either and some were scrapped.

If its a '010 block I would assume more than likely cast early in the run, April or May of '69.

They would be to evaluate any change, process or design. Most of the M blocks I know about do not appear related to a block introduction date.
