67 AC Blower Motor Screws

Need description (size,finish and head markings) of AC blower motor screws (motor to case).
Looking at 67,68,69 AIM C60 D1 what is special about SPL. WASHER 606404?

I think the spl. washer is an engineering thing to keep the stud from stripping out in the thin metal firewall. Do not think washer should be bright zinc as all other case fasteners are black. Need to look at an original to verify.

Still looking for description for the blower motor screws.

I think the need for the washer is to prevent the stud bottoming against the firewall where the root of it's course threads are very shallow and almost non-existant.
If you have a look at the stud 3895810, you will see that it would not be a good idea to bottom it on such thin sheet as non thread would be engaged.

The finish of the washer is no big deal, You're never going to see it and at least the zinc will preserve it.
Was it zinc in the other applications I wonder?

I am particular about these things so I checked 67 AIM U17 A4 #8 606404 P. Washer and #9 3817006 Screw Asm. against my BB.
My BB has a black  bolt with conical washer, so I checked AMK and they show a zinc washer with a SS 1/4-20x7/16 bolt with external lock washer.
Looks like I need to find the finish on the washer and now what is the correct bolt.

When I have this same problem on sheet metal (The small #10 cowl panel retaining screws are a classic example), I cut a small-ish square of new sheet, say 1.5"sq, drill a pilot hole in the center of it in the correct screw's diameter, scratch up and clean the surfaces for adheasion, and then JB Weld that piece of sheet to the backside of the panel using the correct screw to retain it through the stripped thread until the JB Weld sets.
I find that the easiest way.
Welding burns paint, blows holes and hardens the sheet making it impossible to re-drill.
