GM mark of excellence

when i purchased my 69 it had the gm mark of excellence sticker on the drivers door jamb, i have since learned this door was re-tooled for the vehicle certification label. Does this car get the GM sticker anywhere else on the car?

The GM sticker only came on 67's.

And the vehicle certification label started some time in August 1969 if I remember reading here some time ago....
