Trouble with authenticity

I have a 1969 camaro rs/ss and have had some trouble getting any information on it. The vin is 124379N675991. I have been searching the classifieds on ebay and many other sites to get a feel for what it will bring but i have not seen many that look like it. The closest i have found is a z10 but my trim tag says 50 50 x11. I live here in new mexico and have had a hard time with local appraisals, does anyone know if they cam factory with dover white and red ss stripes and red interior, thanks.

Yes, they did. A Dover White car with a red interior got red stripes; with any other color interior, the stripes were black.

Thanks that puts my mind at ease, now all thats left to do is find the engine code by the oil filter and I'll be set.

Yes that seems to be all I need, I hate to sell it but am getting married soon and it will turn into a European vacation(sigh) but thats how it goes. Having a little trouble knowing what to ask for it tho, any suggestions?

If you haven't sold your car yet you might try Hemmings.com to see if there are any cars comparable to yours for sale. Problem is, your car is only worth what someone is willing to pay. This economy doesn't help matters either.

I have a 1969 RS SS, L48, 350 auto, 50 50 paint, Black int. 711, Black D90 Stripe #s matching [born with] drivetrain. All original GM sheetmetal, P/U for 19.5k put 20k into restoration. You do the math. Bottom line it is worth whatever anybody will pay for it. Best wishes on your honeymoon.
