idiot lights with guages???? 1969

so if a car came with the console guage package....

did any of the idiot lights work?

i seem to recall my original 69 console guage car having the oil and low fuel light work...

the car I have now was restored by someone else and none of the idiot lights work..

can anyone help with this?

On my untouched original '69Z (with the console and gauge package), the generator, temperature, and oil pressure lights don't operate (it was designed that way) - only the low fuel and brake warning lights are functional.

i put a t on next to distributer small so not unatractive brought at home depo but i did not know about factory just keaving them disconected
