Stoplight switch
« on: May 04, 2009, 01:23:19 AM »
Does anyone has a picture of an original 68 stoplight switch?  My brake lights keep sticking on.  So I took the old one out and ordered a new one.  But the "plunger" on the new one is about half again shorter and no help at all.
The bracket that holds the switch is fixed.  Has anyone ever moved one slightly forward without breaking it or misaligning it?
Thanks in advance...
(And after I posted this, I realized I turned it into a maintenance question.  Sorry!  I still need the help....)
