Deep groove idler pulley

Did my 68 L78 originally come with a deep groove idler pulley from the short water pump to belt? Someone told me it was used on high performance big block camaros in 68. I've not seen one before and I've heard they are hard to come by?

No, the idler pulley wasn't used on any first generation Camaro.

Thank goodness, I think I have a new KIA worth of pulley's and fan/clutch etc. wrapped up in it already
