Cowl Tag code M304

Hey CRGers,
 What does this code designate or decode to?  It is to far lower right of tag across from ACC.

Thanks Richard,
 It is LOS car.  Difficult to determine what was on this car from factory with this  cowl tag...any other suggestions out there?
