1967 Camaro seat belt decoding help

A few I could read and the others were faded but I think they follow the same pattern. Here they are:

31A69 - Drivers lap belt w/ retractable holder floor (female)
20A69 - Drivers shoulder harness (female), it is held by 2 u shaped clips above the drivers window (roof panel).

Both the above drivers lap belt and shoulder harness require 2 individual male connectors. So to buckle up I have a total of 4 straps . I'm not sure if a 67 came with this setup?

19A69 - Rear passengers lap belt

Those are 69 belts.  The first numbers are the week the belts were assembled, the A is where they were assembled, and the last number is the calendar year they were assembled.

Yes, 67's could have shoulder harness's but they are a fairly rare option  Front shoulder belts in coupes weren't made mandatory by the government until 1/1/68.

Also note you have the male and female ends confused.  The male end should retract, and be the top shoulder belt.

Don't want this to confuse anyone.  The shouder belt should have a male buckle, with the retractable belt having one too.  Sorry for the confusing entry.

Thanks for everyone’s help. I guess who ever owned this car did not want a big heavy shoulder belt (male) end flapping around above their head should they have the window open and not be buckled up. At least they were consistent for both driver and passenger, they are all 1969 belts.
