Rich Fields and I are working on this in our spare time. What we do and how we use it will be determined when it's done. We are trying to do write it along the lines of the Corvette NCRS manual. For now, questions can be answered by me or any one of the Legend judges on staff at ACA.
Unfortunately, Camaros were not built to the same quality control level as the Corvette. That is why there are so many issues that need to be addressed when writing this manual.
