I have a copy of the Chevrolet Assy manual for a 69 Camaro. It appears that this manual is for the Chevrolet side assy. I'm assuming  there also was different assy manual used on the Fisher side? Are copies of this available?

Nope. Fisher Body used huge 3-ring binders with highly-detailed "O.D. Sheets" (Operation Description Sheets) for all their welding, painting, and trim operations, and none have shown up outside of GM; a complete set would be about 1,000 pages. The next best thing is the Fisher Body Service Manual, although not much of it refers to the "F" Body.

So would all the part no.s for items installed by Fisher have been on those sheets? (eg window seal items installed on Fisher side) Where would one refer to find those numbers now?

That book would contain the engineering part numbers just like the AIMs have.  That is the only place you will find those numbers.  Service part numbers in the parts manual may or may not represent the same part that was put on by the factory.  It could be an identical part, or it could be a functional equivalent part.

Thanks, sounds like an opportunity for someone if they could lay their hands on a copy of the original manual somehow!
