1967 rear defroster
« on: March 24, 2008, 09:17:18 PM »
Hi, newbe here. My car originally came with a rear defroster according to the original bill of sale. The restoration did not include one and I have no idea what it looked like or even where the switch was located. Anybody have any information?

i have no idea how to post photos, but the switch has a round knob that looks like a radio knob and is located under the dash to the left of the steering column. i believe it is in the assembly manuel. it is rpo c50

will probably work, but the switch on a 69 is different. it is a toggle. the 67 mounts under the dash and rotates. send me your email and i will try to get you some pics. the car is in the body shop awaiting paint.

Thanks for the information. I am looking to get one just so that all the options that came on the car will still be on it.
My car is only a driver, local show car. It is not concourse judgable. I still like it though. Actual car in avatar picture.
