original wheel and tire combo

Almost complete with my 69 Z/28 restoration... I will be heading to the Camaro Nationals in June and am wondering the correct wheels (15X7?) Rally's and tire combo and where to source both. I do not beleive i require date code correct pcs. for the bowtie class just period correct. Can anyone share the specifics on both with me. Very Much appreicaited,,,,,,,,,D   ???

kelsey tire will be a good source for your tires,you  can still buy the wheels&center caps from g.m.,don't forget your correct valve stem caps, they will be looking for that.

You'll need "YH" 15x7 rally wheels.

YH wheels were used from roughly Dec '68 to the end of production. Prior to that wheels coded AD were used. The raised center formed in the rim to mount the hub on the ADs almost touches the caliper on JL8 cars. On YHs the raised area is narrower allowing more room on 4 wheel disc cars.

YH Code go into 1970.  I do not see YH code as correct for any other GM car.

Would these then be over-the-counter replacements for the 1969 Z-28 wheels?
