More decoding Help Please

Cowl tag

03b
ST 68-12437  NOR 93274
TR 712 ZZ

Also I have a few casting numbers -

Engine - 3935440 this is a Crate Engine # CE871364 PA88 4??   P280 8
M21 - 3925661
M22 - 3925660

Thanks. Also I found out where my car was SOLD....Yes jsut 15mins north on Me in Edmonton, Alberta. Now time to start doing some digging.

I aslo have a copy of the build sheet from GM. If anyone wants to see plz let me know and I will try and get it up on this site.

Possible POP. I have a metal tag attached to a Owner Protection Plan book.

Here are the numbers.

K0503DH         EM0503K          5
E8E02                 4

Does this seem right?

The vin on the POP doesn't match your car's vin.

The vin 1546981142821 on the POP you have decodes to a 1968 Chevrolet Biscayne 4-door sedan with a V8 engine built in Canada.

Hey guys...

Got some more numbers that need to be decoded. I tried but cant quit figure one out.

Muncie 4 speeds
Casting # 3925661 then it has this CC1  39084
Casting # 3925660 then it has this P9P25
