Is it my imagination, or are the pulleys out of alignment?

I had a high winding small block with pulleys like that and it frequently sent the fan belt flying.

I noticed that also but I think it is the camera angle causing it to look that way.

I'm pretty sure the alternator bracket itself is bent......how - beats me.  But it has a weird tilt to it.
